<title>CaribbeanMag.com: Casa Alfredo  - Anguilla  ()</title>
<description>
Casa Alfredo is our home away from home and is located on a slope looking down over Shoal Bay East on the island of Anguilla. Many islanders and well traveled visitors alike think Shoal Bay East is the most beautiful beach on the island if not the whole of the Caribbean. The location was chosen to take advantage of the view of the sea and surrounding landscape.

<title>Casa Alfredo  - Anguilla  ()</title>
<description>
Two nearly identical bedroom suites with large baths so there is an easy choice if you are two couples vacationing together. That is what the home was designed to accommodate. The baths have large sunken shower stalls as well as Jacuzzi tubs for your pleasure.

There are also two couches in the living room that make into standard size beds. There is a full kitchen and has all of the cooking utensils and dishes one has at home, so if you plan on cooking and eating at home you will not be disappointed. The dining area table will accommodate six, we however find that we eat most meals on the veranda.

Veranda and pool deck are furnished with comfortable furniture. When I enter the pool I sometimes think what if we didn't build this pool what a mistake that would have been. It is my understanding that most villa's do not have a pool and what a mistake that is. You will not be sorry you chose “Casa Alfredo”.

Simple Pleasures:
The are many reasons for renting a villa rather than staying in a hotel, however I think the simplest one is no matter what time of day or night is to be able to lie on the bed or lounge on the veranda and not be covered, and sleep or read a book while a gentle breeze washes over you.
AMENITIES: - 2 large bedroom suites with king size beds.
- 2 Large baths with sunken shower and Jacuzzi tubs.
- Ocean view from most rooms.
- Tv, vcr, disc player and lots of tapes and books.
- Full kitchen and all required utensils and dishes.
- Filtered water at sink and icemaker.
- Clothes washer and dryer.
- Computer with internet connection and printer.
- 2 queen size sofa-beds.
- Veranda with lots lounges and chairs
- Gas Barbie on Veranda.
- Swimming pool 15' x 29' with soft, soft water.
- Electronic gate.
- Full maid service by the one and only Sheila the computer guru.
- The villa now has enhanced security with an auto gate opener activated by remote and an intercom system.
- A new Corian counter top in the kitchen has been installed with Corian double sink and a dishwasher.
- Two jeeps and a daewood sedan available for rental or add-on as part of the package. Luxury autos can be arranged including Mercedes, Rolls, Jaguar etc.
ACTIVITIES: Activities available: Fishing trips, water skiing, diving, spear fishing, night cray fishing, snorkeling and trips to offshore cays, Hobie Cat sailing.

The Island
If you have come to Anguilla before you may skip this part. If you are a first timer about all you need to know is the air temperature is 80 to 85 and most days full sun. The sea near shore is about the same temperature and for consistency the pool about the same.

The natives are truly a friendly and polite group and it is like taking a 50 year step back in time to the small town you may have come from. The snorkeling and diving are hard to match for clarity and stillness of the sea, and that is because the island is surrounded by a reef. The sailing is also very good as most days there is plenty of breeze, however it is tricky as there are many shoals and reefs to be wary of.

DINING/RESTARUANTS:
 Type: Vacation Rental Beach Location: Beach Front (Directly on Beach/Water Front)
