ARRIVAL: Please advise us in advance of your approximate time of arrival. Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 6:00 pm. 


PETS: No pets are allowed on the premises.

VEHICLE: Parking can be obtained on or off the premises. Any car parked on or near the leased premises, together with the contents or parts of such vehicle shall be at the sole risk of the tenant. The landlord will not be held responsible in any way to the tenant for loss or damage to the Tenant's vehicle or for any personal property left therein. Bicycles or motorcycles shall be brought into the building only with the consent of the Agent.

NOISE and DISTURBANCE: No loud music or disturbing noise shall be permitted in the rented premises or within common areas, which shall be objectionable to other occupants or the neighbors.

SAFETY: The renter shall not allow anything to be placed on an outside window ledge or balcony railing. 

ACCESS: The landlord or landlord's service personnel may enter the leased premises at any reasonable time to make inspection or repairs.
