Bitter End is always abuzz with activity. From upcoming regattas at the resort to the biggest fish recently caught, to special offers on rates or packages, select one of the links below to find out more about up to the minute news at Bitter End.

Initially a family retreat, Bitter End has evolved into a destination resort featuring eighty-five shoreside accommodations, three restaurants, a full-service marina and a world-renown watersports center and sailing school.
Bitter End's colorful atmosphere and casual, friendly ambiance is more like that of a traditional Caribbean village, and the staff complements the resort's character with their cheerful affability and concern for each visitor's experience.

AMENITIES: Bitter End is a "rollicking nautical village" with 85 shoreside accommodations, three restaurants and an awesome array of activities. Reachable only by sea, the resort stretches along a mile of beach and waterfront on the North Sound -- the most protected and secluded deep water harbor in the Caribbean.
In addition to all the amenities and activities of a full service resort, Bitter End is also home to a full service marina, with dockage, over 70 moorings, where repairs, provisions and supplies are readily and easily available.

Every accommodation ashore at Bitter End has spectacular sea views and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. And of course, on our Freedom 30s, you cannot get any closer to the water!

Our accommodations are one of the reasons why Bitter End is among the World's Best!
ACTIVITIES: With an unprecedented Club fleet of over 100 boats, skiffs and day sailers, over 15 weekly excursions in and around North Sound, a world-renown Sailing School, an onsite dive shop, boat and fishing charters, three beaches, hiking trails, a swimming pool, and numerous comfortable hammocks—Bitter End can offer something for everyone who enjoys being in, on or near the sea.

Guests staying on the dock or in the mooring field are also welcome to join in on any activities or excursions while at Bitter End. Many of our activities offer an easy and unique opportunity to visit the most interesting sites in the British Virgin Islands.

DINING/RESTARUANTS: Bitter End offers sumptuous dining in the Clubhouse Steak and Seafood Grille and the English Carvery. Hundred of burgees from all over the world flutter in the breeze of paddle fans at the Clubhouse, Bitter End's landmark restaurant that features generous buffets and table service for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as cocktail service on the terrace all day and evening. The Carvery features lavish themed gourmet buffets including Carvery Night, Italian Night, and Caribbean Seafood Night. For snacks throughout the day, rotis, pizza, chicken, burgers from the grill and other items may be purchased in the English Pub, located at the Emporium, opposite the Quarterdeck Club and Marina.

Nightly entertainment varies from movies in the Sand Palace to the live music of local bands to the tall tales told in the Pub over an after dinner rum. Always check the weekly schedule for details.
