We have 65 beachfront hotel rooms and we also manage 15 waterfront condominiums located just down the beach, perfect for families or friends traveling together. Although we are a small hotel, we offer as many amenities as many of the larger more deluxe hotels. We have 2 open air restaurants, entertainment, a full water sports center, scuba diving, a fitness center, two tennis courts, two pro-beach volleyball courts and two half basketball courts, a Karaoke sports lounge and our own 53' catamaran, The Heavenly Days. If you are looking for a small, fun, casual, laid-back, beachfront hotel with an island flair, lots of activities, a staff who really cares, and great atmosphere, Bolongo Bay is the place for you. At Bolongo we like to be more personal. We all have first names, and we like to know yours. We are always around, but to make sure we meet all our guests and that they meet us we have a Manager's cocktail party around the pool every Tuesday. Bolongo Bay will definitely leave you with a feel of the Caribbean. "Home was never like this!" It is "The Caribbean the way it used to be." Our rooms are just steps away from the beach, all with a balcony with a beautiful view of the Caribbean sea. We are not a deluxe property and our rooms are not fancy, but they are very clean, comfortable, and have every amenity you need, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, room safe, kitchenette, A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, and phone. Our restaurants are excellent - both are open air, choose between dining around the pool by candle light and Tiki torches, or in one of the gazebos overlooking the pool and ocean at The Beach House or take a stroll down the beach to Iggie's Beach Bar and Restaurant. We have entertainment featuring steel bands and calypsonians at the Beach House, and karaoke, live music and many special events at Iggie's. Everywhere you go the ocean is right there in sight. At lunch time the Iguanas come around the pool to greet our guests, hoping that someone will feed them a Hibiscus flower, or a cherry. Most Wednesday nights we have our famous "Carnival Night" at the Beach House with a West Indian buffet, a steel band, Mocko Jumbie (stilt dancer), and a show with fire eating and glass walking, and limbo show and contest, and lots of other fun and games. Heavenly Days is our own 53' catamaran, that takes our guests on an All Day Sail and beach outing to beautiful Honeymoon Beach on the island of St. John, and a romantic Sunset Cocktail Cruise around historical Charlotte Amalie harbor. It is also available for private charters, and our Heavenly Days Fantasy Wedding package. If you are a diver or just want to try it, St. Thomas Diving Club is right here on property. Everyone (must be 10 years old) gets a complimentary scuba lesson in the pool. After you finish the pool lesson you just jump on one of their dive boats and head on out to sea to one of the many great dive sites to discover the under water beauty of the Caribbean. It couldn't be any easier than that. St. Thomas Diving Club is a 5 star PADI facility.
