It is within walking distance of almost everything; three blocks from the town square, five blocks from the beach area, three blocks from a movie theatre, two blocks from a grocery store, and offers great restaurants in all directions. There are four living quarters within Villa Caribe. The Casita Caribe is a separate guest house within the property's walls. It has 2 rooms, and 1 bathroom. The street side room is a living/kitchenette room with cable tv and a sofa bed great for children. The garden side room is the bedroom with a king size bed. There is a glass door overlooking the gardens. The pathway leads guest to the pool area and many patios that are available. The main house downstairs is the main living quarters of the home, and the main kitchen area. The staff will use this kitchen to prepare breakfast. Guests that are not registered to this downstairs area will not be in the kitchen. The dining area is in an outside screened-in porch. Guests are invited to take their plates to any other patio area or their living quarters as well. This main area has two bedrooms that will share the living area within the main house. It is rented as a two bedroom suite only, to assure privacy among guests. This furnished patio overlooks the busy atmosphere of Cozumel's downtown streets. To the south, it looks into the luscious gardens in the back area. The living area is one grand room with a lounge area, and bedroom with king size bed. Two arched windows allow plenty of sunshine making this room very cheery. There are also Mexican glass blocks lining some of the walls up near the ceilings. The bathroom incorporates the glass block with its bath tub/shower area. The large swimming pool is wonderful all day long and is to be shared from 7 am until as late as you wish, as long as quite time is respected. There is patio furniture and plenty of chaise lounges to enjoy the gardens. There are patios, decks and wide sidewalks that are all great spaces to relax. There is a separate small pool that the main pool overflows into that is perfect for small children.
