It is located on Lubbers Quarter Cay (key) on the east shore of the Island across from Tahiti Beach and Tilloo cut (leading to the ocean). The cottage has three air-condition bedrooms and 2 baths, with sleep house off the open decked porch. It is nestled into a tropical setting with fruit trees (for your enjoyment) and coconut palms. A one-minute walk to a private 180 ft dock with a sitting area for swimming, fishing, and snorkeling. This is a new cottage and was completed in 2001. We, Patti and Eddie Davis (owners), live on the property and will be happy to assist with “local knowledge” and help if needed.
