Chisholm's grocery store and several of the best restaurants on Grand Cayman are only a few minutes drive away. Upstairs, Seaside's elevated wrap-around viewing terraces and living area face northward, towards the Caribbean Sea, allowing for spectacular views of Cayman's world famous sunrises and sunsets. Three sets of French doors can be opened to enjoy the winds and sounds of the ocean. The terrace is a great location for your morning coffee or evening desserts. Be sure to be on the lookout for the Cayman parrots flying and talking in the sea grape trees that surround Seaside. The patio is fully furnished and has six ceiling fans located throughout for your comfort. The screened porch area provides access to an exquisite master bedroom/bathroom suite with spectacular views of the manicured tropical flower garden pathway in the back of the property. AMENITIES: The house has air conditioning, vaulted plank board ceilings in all the rooms and 12 ceiling fans throughout the home and patio. There are 3 televisions with 3 separate satellite receivers. (1 46” TV in the living room with BOSE DVD/CD player and surround sound, 1 19” TV/VCR in the guest bedroom, and 1 25” television in the master suite). The upstairs kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, blender, can opener, coffeemaker and modern appliances. There is an interesting museum, a variety of restaurants, and take a ride on the Nautilus glass bottom boat.
