Extensive waterfront vistas from the living room, dining room, second-floor master bedroom and front porch give the home a wide-open feel. There are three bedrooms (two with queen-size beds, one with bunk beds), and three bathrooms. The living room and kitchen feature partial cathedral ceilings. Furnishings are contemporary and include a music center as well as a Satellite TV/VCR, and fabrics are bright to complement the pastel interior paint scheme. Linens/bath towels are included and changed weekly by the housekeeper. Blue Coral Landing has ceiling fans for cooler weather when the house can be opened to catch the sea breeze. Central air conditioning cools the home in warmer weather. Although Fishers Bay is largely undeveloped waterfront, grocery shopping is no more than a five minute walk away. In the center of the settlement all of the island's restaurants and pubs lie at least as close. A long narrow beach on the sea of Abaco is virtually just beyond Blue Coral Landing's front door, while a three-minute walk across the islands takes you to Guana's broad, 6-mile-long Atlantic beach. You can fish or tie up your boat at Blue Coral Landing's shared dock right in front of the house. Water depth at the end of the dock is about 3' at low tide.
