Suites on the upper floors have balconies allowing a view of the garden and pool area; the lower floor units enjoy a terrace with a garden for privacy. The townhouses have an area of about 1,230 square feet, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large closets, and a balcony on the upper floor. A spacious living room, dining room, and powder room, together with a large kitchen, are located on the ground floor, as well as a terrace and garden. Villas vary in size from 1,115 to 1,800 square feet, with two or three bedrooms, large bathrooms, and ample storage space. All have private patios.
