Deep Water Cay Club - Bahamas (McLeans Town)

The Deep Water Cay Club was established in 1958 by Mr. Gilbert Drake, a gentleman sportsman and avid fisherman, in his quest to create a sanctuary for ladies and gentlemen who shared his passion for hunting the elusive bonefish. True to his vision, the Club continues today as a world renowned bonefishing lodge.

The Club's lodge is a spectacular meeting place. Beautiful panoramic views only enhance this new facility. The screened porch sitting area, dining room, bar, game room, and living room provide ample space for entertaining and socializing. In addition to the standard cottages, we have two deluxe 2 bedroom cottages ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

Truly the most exclusive private sport fishing island of the Bahamas, the Club accommodates a maximum of 22 guests and caters to those who prefer an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.

The fare is simple, well prepared and appealing to the most discriminating of palates. In keeping with Club tradition, everyone dines together in celebration of the day's adventures and triumphs to reach.

Breakfast usually consists of a continental buffet to include fresh fruit, homemade cereals and sweet breads as well as a select hot breakfast. At breakfast time, guests refer to the posted dinner menu and choose their entree for that evening.
