Locals and tourists mingle and enjoy traditional Bahamian food and drink. On warm nights, service is on the Green Eyed Lady palapa restaurant over the water.  Spectacular sunsets can be viewed while enjoying a savory meal.  Leftovers are usually fed to the fish waiting under the deck.  People arrive at the restaurant by boat, car or on foot.
