It is a two-bedroom/two-bath house with kitchen, living room, dining area, screen porch and outdoor patio. The house can sleep up to four people comfortably. The bedrooms are on the opposite ends of the house and they have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is plenty of closet space. All the rooms have ceiling fans and the house has central air and heat. There is a patio on the front of the house with outdoor furniture. A screened porch is adjacent to the master bedroom. There is an outdoor shower next to this porch, which is a great way to rinse off the sand before you go inside. The house is completely stocked with dishes, silverware, linens, towels and most anything else you might need. AMENITIES: ACTIVITIES: The beach needs no explanation. The spectacular 3.5 mile stretch of white sand has been described by National Geographic magazine as one of the ten best in the world. The Sand Dollar is just 100 steps from the swimming pool and the beach cabanas, and is adjacent to the tennis courts. Transportation is either by foot, bike or golf cart. Golf carts and fishing boats can be rented inexpensively. Bikes or cars can be rented at the shopping center. The shopping area has a grocery store, liquor store, bank, bakery, laundry, convenience store and post office. The resort has an 18-hole golf course, marina, 6 tennis courts, several restaurants, two beach bars, boat rental and dive shop, and a spectacular 3.5 mile beach.
