<title>Caribbean Pearl  - Jamaica  (Port Maria / St. Mary)</title>

Location: The house is located on the north coast of the island which leads Ocho Rios to Port Maria. It is a 30-minute-drive to Ocho Rios where you find the well known Dunn's River Falls. Along the coast the distance to the international airport in Montego Bay is 2.5 hours likewise Port Antonio 1.5 hours and Kingston 1.5 hours.
AMENITIES: Rooms: The guest house Caribbean Pearl owns 8 double rooms, 6 of that with balcony or terrace. All the rooms are spacious, friendly and individually equipped: Every room has a ceiling fan for a comfortable temperature. The bathrooms have shower, toilet, sink, hot and cold water and connections for 220 volt.

Outside area: Pool and pool bar, lounges and sunshades for free use.

Because of the restricted numbers of rooms and the by that caused closeness to the guests results a friendly and familiar atmosphere.

We have a motorbike and bicycles for individual trips ready. 
ACTIVITIES: Some of the activities we offer: 
Port Antonio (day trip) Visit the Sommerset Falls, a tropical rain forest with waterfalls. You can visit the Bonnie View Hotel in Port Antonio which has a great view over Port Antonio and the harbor. Afterwards the trip brings you to the Frenchman's Cove which is one of the loveliest and most photogenic bathing bays. In the afternoon is a bamboo raft on the river Rio Grande waiting for you. It is a 2.5-hour-trip through the fascinating jungle to the ocean.

Blue Mountains (day trip)
This trip takes you through green valleys and rain forest with terrific views to the pulsating capital Kingston. Stopovers are at a coffee plantation and a rum factory. You can visit the Devon House or the Bob Marley museum in Kingston.

Ocho Rios (day trip)
Dunn's River Falls. They belong to the tourist attractions. These are the best known waterfalls with a beautiful bathing bay. To climb up the falls and to be amazed at the coming down cascades is a special experience.

Fish farm (day trip)
A huge ground beautiful situated in the hills with big fishponds where you fish with simple rods and enjoy your fish in a Jamaican style.

Little Pub (evening event)
A breathtaking caribbean musical.

Banana plantation
Guide through the plantation with explanations from cultivating till harvest of these Jamaican products.
