The large upper villa has 3,400 sq. ft./287 sq. metres of covered area. It has been built with a tropical style living in mind with large ceiling fans throughout, but totally air-conditioned for your comfort if you so desire. There is a large front balcony surrounded by a valley which allows one to sit and enjoy the many species of birds right from the comfort of your arm chair, view the golf course or simply SIT, SIP and ENJOY.

The first floor is built with an open concept: the kitchen, dining room and living room flow into one large area all tastefully decorated with handcrafted furniture made from our local woods of teak, mahogany, cedar, cypre, and tropical fabrics. In this area is a Cable TV and Stereo for your viewing and listening pleasure.

The upper deck allows one to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises among the upper branches of the trees and view all our tropical birds at close range, or sun bathe privately or entertain with a delightful barbecue under the stars.

This villa can comfortably accommodate six adults along with children comprising of a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds, and a queen size bed in the upper bedrooms. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

The villa is child friendly supplying a crib, play pen, high chair, and a portable barrier for a child's safety.

Located at the end of a 1000-km (620-mi) sweep of islands on the eastern boundary of the Caribbean, Trinidad and Tobago are just 11 km (6.8 mi) and 31 km (19 mi) off the coast of Venezuela, respectively. Despite this, there's surprisingly little South American influence - instead the country draws most strongly from its British, African and East Indian heritage. 
AMENITIES: The Petit Careme Villa and Apartment are ideal for wedding parties and family reunions. The large landscaped grounds and main pool area offer many options and photo opportunities. The intimate lower apartment is suitable for newly weds, seniors or physically challenged people.

If your requirements are for the upper Villa only, the lower apartment will not be rented ensuring your complete privacy.

The villa comes fully equipped with all appliances. Daily housekeeping services are provided to make your stay work free. She will cook and baby-sit for a nominal fee.
ACTIVITIES: In the morning and evening periods one can enjoy the fragrance of jasmine flowers surrounding the solar heated, bubbly splash pool. Children can be easily monitored from the comfort of the front balcony.

The Mount Irvine Bay Golf Course is an award-winning, championship quality 18-hole course with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, carved out from the grounds of an old coconut plantation. 

Established in 1968, the course is set within gently rolling countryside along the north coast of Tobago, with a view of the sea from every hole and an abundance of massive coconut palm trees. 

Course Statistics 

This Par 72 course is 6,793 yards (6181.6 metres) from the back tees. There are five Par 5 holes, ranging in distance from an easy 466 yards (424 m) to a testing 535 yards (487 m). There are eight Par 4's and five Par 3's, one of which is No. 7 (186 yards or 169 m) and can be a real challenge with water on the left of the greens and out of bounds on the right. Water comes into play on four of the holes - Nos. 7, 9, 10 and 18.

The Mount Irvine Bay Hotel and Golf Club was voted the Caribbean Golf Resort of 1994, by the readers of the award-winning Lifestyle and Travel Magazine "Caribbean World" in association with the "Travel Weekly" magazine of the United Kingdom. 
  
In the distance from Mount Irvine Beach one can view the most famous surfing area in the Caribbean. The surfing season is between the months of December to March drawing many surfers to the area.

Diving activities on the Island, for the novice to the experienced.

There are many species of birds in Tobago. Bird tours/hikes are available as well as hikes in the Rain Forest and Horseback Riding.  
Mot Mot birds are indigenous to Tobago. Some have taken up residence in the cliffs outside the Villa's kitchen window. Mot Mots are friendly and inquisitive by nature.
