Bay Gardens Culinary Excellence Bay Gardens Hotel is currently savouring a feast of medals and awards for its fine tradition of culinary excellence. Bay Gardens Hotel scooped five major awards, among them two gold medals in the just concluded Annou Tuitt Sent Licie Competition. The hotel's soup combines Caribbean grilled corn and okra gumbo with fresh local peppers, herbs and spices, topped with chives. The second gold medal was in the category of main course, for which Bay Gardens entered the Paradise Reef, a fresh catch of snapper in a ring of lobster and crab mousse, on a bed of steamed spinach and lobster, coconut, tumeric sauce. The Hotel's dessert, mango and banana mousse with pineapple sauce won a bronze medal.
