Casablanca Villa - Akumal Mexico (Akumal)

Located in exclusive Puerto Aventuras, Mexico, Casablanca is a beautiful one-of-a-kind oceanfront villa on the Caribbean. Just 45 minutes south of Cancun and 10 minutes north of Akumal, this small, quiet area is in an exclusive luxury resort area. The villa is huge with 4,200 square feet of living space plus spacious terraces and a gorgeous 14x25 foot swimming pool with a large deck overlooking the Caribbean. A great place to spend hours enjoying the spectacular view while you're in the pool or lying in a comfortable lounge chair.

The owner of the Casablanca is a perfectionist and everything in this property is perfect. Not only will you enjoy your stay in this luxurious villa, but you'll have access to all of the facilities in Puerto Aventuras. You can shop, dine in a variety of restaurants, dive, fish, stroll along the marina, swim with the dolphins, play a game of tennis or golf, or have a massage. It's all right here!

No expense has been spared in this elegant villa: marble floors and counters, bleached mahogany woodwork, picture-perfect decorating with splashes of color that lends a stylish personality. You'll feel a sense of luxury the moment you arrive.

An indoor tropical garden greets you and breathes life into the living area. Sturdy white pillars and arches express the strength and balance of the Casablanca; strategically placed mirrors give more depth and color to this sparkling Caribbean gem.

Discover extras that you wouldn't expect: Two refrigerators in the large kitchen; ample cabinet/counter space/6-burner range; ample closet/storage space, off-street parking, and crib.
AMENITIES: Casablanca offers spectacular views of the Caribbean from living areas, bedrooms, patios and terraces. There's ample room for a group of 8 to 14 with 4 bedrooms and a studio area (all with AC except the studio which has two ceiling fans). Two bedrooms on the main floor each have two double beds, both with full private bath. The "cloud" bedroom is on the second floor and has king size bed, TV and VCR, private bath (even a bidet). The master bedroom is incredible with king size bed, huge walk-in closet, jacuzzi, private bath (another bidet); glass doors lead to your oceanfront patio.

Please let us know in advance if you want the cook service; menu can be arranged upon arrival. You will need to give the cook money to purchase the groceries and to take a cab back to the villa from the grocery store in Playa del Carmen (taxi, about $8). She will then prepare and serve dinner at 6:30 p.m. Please pay her after each meal for her services (up to 6 people; approx. $25 US; 7-12, $35 US).
