Serenidad Shardon - Tulum Mexico (Punta Allen)

Nestled on 7 acres between the Caribbean Ocean and Ascension Bay, at the heart of the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, the complex is surrounded on three sides by a tropical jungle ambiance. The east side is 50 kilometers of Mayan Caribbean beach front with white sand beaches, outside sambrias, chaise lounges, and a hammock grove perfect for afternoon siestas. In the center of this coastline is our Beach House.

Punta Allen is a small Mayan lobster fishing village located at the tip of the Boca Paila Peninsula. One side of the village borders the Caribbean, the other Ascension Bay.

Streets are lined with white sand, palm trees, and small charming homes. The coastline is pristine, scattered with fishing boats that transport the eager bone fisherman to the infamous Flats to fish.

Punta Allen's charm really lies in its simplicity. You won't find tourist buses, an array of shops, or air conditioned hotels. What you will find is an untouched oasis, a village where life goes on as it has for centuries. You'll find simple pleasures like bread from the bakery that still uses an ancient Mayan oven, and incredible sunsets from the dock overlooking Ascension Bay.

Conveniences like several grocery stores do exist, as well as a gas station, cantina and a couple of restaurants.

AMENITIES: The Beach House
- The beach house has two levels and can be rented as a whole or in sections.

The downstairs has two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and bath (hot and cold water). This part of the house sleeps 6 to 7 and opens out to the beach where you'll find approximately 150 feet of sand and water. Here you'll find 4 sambrias with chairs, a palapa, hammocks, and chaise lounges.

Upstairs is dorm style (sleeps 6 to 8) with a private entrance and separate bathroom facilities (Note, you must come downstairs to use them).

ACTIVITIES: Punta Allen abounds with activities for outdoor enthusiasts. Below are just some of the options you can choose from.
