This caribbean village is a perfect starting point for excursions to the islands Saona, Catalina and Catalinita. Bayahibe is close to the National Park del Este- on land and under water the park is reserve of tropical biodiversity. There is a beautiful sand beach, 2 min to walk from the village, in the villae are 9 restaurants, dominican mnimarkets and a dominican discothek. Villa Iguana is owned by a german couple living more then 10 years in this area. The house is quiet new and European standard. Only 1 min to walk to the ocean front, 8 min to walk to the beach. There are total 11 accomodations, rooms and apartment. The penthouse room is 4rth floor, costructed in typical dominican style, with a palm tree roof. Guests of the penthouse room have a great panorama ocean view, terrace, private sundeck and a small private swimming pool.
