The house is also within 10 minutes of the airport, a number of excellent restaurants, beach bars and the Robert Trent Jones golf course at the Four Seasons Hotel. The capital, Charlestown, is just 15 minutes away. There is a small freshwater pool and deck, a lovely dining terrace overlooking the sea and an almost private 150 feet of beachfront excellent for swimming and snorkeling. The one plus acre grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature palm trees, oleander and bougainvillea and have a magnificent view to St. Kitts and the sunset over the Caribbean. The main house has 3/4 bedrooms: 1 queen in the master suite, 1 queen in the front guestroom, 2 twins in the back bedroom (can be combined into 1 king) and a twin daybed in a small den. The living room is spacious and airy and opens to a very large screened in terrace ideal for dining and entertaining. The house has ceiling fans in every room, 2 cable televisions, VCR, stereo with CD player, Internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry cottage. There are views to the sea from almost every room. The property also has two charming cottages located right on the beach. Each 500 square foot cottage has a lovely screened-in porch, bathroom with shower, cable television, phone, intercom and simple island furnishings. The first cottage has 2 double beds, the second has 1 queen sized bed and efficiency kitchen. AMENITIES: Maid service is included 5 hours, 5 days per week (less if you would like) and a groundskeeper cares for the property daily. All linens and bath and beach towels are provided. The house is well equipped for children and comes with 2 high chairs, a port-a-crib and numerous beach and pool toys. A cook or babysitter can be provided at an additional cost upon request.
