The villas are located 45' above sea level on Frenchman's Cay. It takes only 2 minutes to walk down to the beach. All villas are individual and free standing. Each one has a beautiful water view and a covered terrace. The villas are not air conditioned. Screened jalousie windows, as well as ceiling fans, combined with prevalent easterly trade winds, almost always preclude the need for air conditioning. Each villa has a kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator, dining room and living room. The one-bedroom villas have two levels. The kitchen, dining room, living room and covered terrace are on the main floor, and the bedrrom and bathroom are on the second floor. The two-bedroom villas have three levels. The living room, kitchen, dining room and covered terrace are on the main floor. A stairwell leads either up a flight of stairs to a bedroom and bathroom, or down a flight to the other bedroom and bathroom. There is second terrace off the lower bedroom in the two-bedroom villas. The bedding arrangement, whether a one- or two-bedroom villa, is one queen-size bed in each bedroom. For additional guests (please see our rate chart for the maximum number of people allowed per villa), roll-away beds can be provided. Maid service is included. Telephone service with email service is available. The villas do not have television, but who comes to the Caribbean to watch television? One is available in The Clubhouse Restaurant to catch up on the news or special events. In order not to disturb our dining room guests, the television is not played during dinner service. The Hotel does not provide laundry service. However, there are two laundromats in close proximity - one on Frenchman's Cay in Soper's Hole and one almost directly across from our site on Tortola. AMENITIES: ACTIVITIES: Laze and sunbathe on our beach or in a hammock. Be a bit more active and enjoy a game of tennis on our Omni tennis court, swim off our point or the small reef skirting the waterfront for some of the best snorkeling in the BVI. If you are feeling more physically inclinded, rent one of our kayaks by yourself or with your partner. Catch up on reading and choose a book from our library. DINING/RESTARUANTS: Dine with us and spend some time with us! It's the only place in the West End area within walking distance from Soper's Hole where you can dine, sun, snorkle, swim and play tennis. Start your day off with Eggs Benedict, French Toast, Pancakes or a simple Continental Breakfast. Melon or an Omlette may be to your liking. Lunch time and feeling hungry? Try our Shrimp Savories or Pumpkin Soup... Follow up with our Island Mango Burger... Carribbean Curried Chicken Salad traditional Ceaser Salad or a refreshing Greek Salad... Of course, we have BLT'S and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. In West End area on Sundays? The Buffet Bar-B-Que is a casual yet wonderful lunch. Refresh yourself with a tropical drink, as you take in the view...watch the moon rise and shimmer upon the water...soft music...gentle breezes...candlelight. Just a bit hungry?
