Have a nice lunch in your apartment and then take a siesta (everyone else does from 12 noon to 2 p.m.) Upon waking, drive or bicycle south to the salt ponds where Bonaire's flamingos nest, walk to Bachelors' Beach or visit one of the historic sites on the north end of the island.
