The Villa at Paradise Point - Trinidad and Tobago ()

The Villa at Paradise Point is an elegant 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with wrap-around terraces and fabulous views. There is a grand upper deck offering panoramic views of Castara Bay, the rainforest, and the sea. The villa is completely finished and appointed and there is full access to everything: the Waterfall Trail through Bird Valley, the Great Deck, and the Hanging Garden terraces. In 2005, we plan to transform the Hanging Gardens terraces into a master suite and two additional bedrooms, which we'll describe when they get closer to fruition…

In one of the most breathtaking locations in the Caribbean's West Indies, The Villa at Paradise Point and its nature trail provide an idyllic, natural setting for vacation, romance, spiritual contemplation—or even special occasions, such as yoga retreats, eco groups, family reunions and gatherings, weddings, renewal vows, or honeymoons (of course).

Whether you're a couple, group, or family, find out how we can tailor your experience to your needs.

AMENITIES: There is a fully equipped kitchen replete with outdoor breakfast/bar counter and stools, 5-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and cabinets stocked with everything you'll need, including glassware, dishes, cookware, and utensils. The kitchen, which adjoins the sitting room and the dining room, has a spacious breakfast bar that opens onto outdoor seating and a sensational vista that sweeps across Castara Bay and the rainforest. A perfect place to enjoy morning bird watching.
ACTIVITIES: Experience all that friendly Tobago, known as the "Emerald Isle" of the West Indies, has to offer, from the festive outdoor concerts of "Sunday School" to world-class scuba-diving and snorkeling to a heaping plate of local delicacies like roti, "pigeon peas" or callalloo soup. Through its robust culture, pristine natural beauty, and relaxed vibe, Tobago has a way of insinuating itself into the imagination, so that many find themselves returning often and regarding it as a second home. It happened to us...

For those travelers who, like most who visit Tobago, are in search of something a little off the beaten path and who cringe at the thought of crowded Club Med-type vacations with little or no interaction with the local people and their culture, The Villa at Paradise Point offers an unpretentious and rewarding experience. In Castara and the surrounding villages, you will have the opportunity to meet many interesting villagers and you can even help pull in the communal fishing net! On the beach, set aside your rum punch just long enough to take a beginner's lesson on the steel pans from Ken at the beachfront Cascreole restaurant or join in an impromptu game of catch with local youths.
DINING/RESTARUANTS:
Type: Vacation Rental Beach Location: Off Beach (Tropical Setting)
