Coconut Palms - Cayman Islands (Cayman Brac)

The Brac is peaceful. It's quiet. It's tranquil. You can't rent a Jet Ski or go para sailing. There are no fast food restaurants or movie theaters. It is just an island community living a peaceful and honest life style. They do have all the conveniences a community should, like a hospital, a high school, middle school and several grade schools. It has a well-equipped fire and rescue department and a modern airport. What they don't have is cruise ships dumping load after load of people to clog the streets or major hotels hosting conventions.

Brac'ers are a proud and honest people where they say, "crime is not allowed." And they say it in English.

Visitors are more than welcome to come and immerse themselves in the beautiful turquoise waters as well as the Brac lifestyle. You may explore the many caves, hike endless nature trails or see the spectacular panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea from the bluff. There are lots of shops to browse and a museum to learn the culture and history of these sea hardened sensitive people and their endearing island. If that's not enough there are endless beaches to scour for those special shells and to view the sun setting into the sea at the end of each day either from the beach or from one of the many un-crowned island style restaurants.

The waters are also teeming with fish to catch. Try the deep waters with a guide for a world record catch or fish from shore for sport or dinner.

The Brac is an island of it's own. So come and enjoy a peaceful adventure.
CAUTION: The Brac can be habit forming. Return visits may be required. You may even decide to become a Brac'er. So visit at your own risk!!!!!

AMENITIES: Each unit is a two bedroom and two bath. Completely furnished on a secluded sandy beach in north east bay. Cayman Brac's "quiet" end. Just a few steps away from a beautiful reef protected lagoon and surrounded by coconut palms. Each unit has a beach cabana with hammocks and lounge

Duplex
Inside the master bedroom has a queen bed and a sliding glass door leading to the front porch and the lagoon. The second bedroom has two twin beds that convert to a king. The living room has two full size
sofas (one is a queen sleeper), chair, rattan rocker, coffee table and TV cart. Twin roll aways are available for additional sleeping needs.

All linen and towels are provided. All utensils and appliances are in the kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Other features include TC-VCR (for watching rental movies), washer-dryer and BBQ.
For your comfort each unit has independent central air conditioning. An additional feature is the ability to open double doors in the living room that gives access to both units. Great for large groups.

ACTIVITIES: What you'll find outside is a sandy beach leading to a warm Caribbean lagoon with a snorkeling reef in no more than eight feet of water. For the more adventurous, the famous Cayman Wall is a few hundred feet off shore where divers seldom visit so it is totally pristine. The reef and wall are in a protected zone (no lobster or conch may be taken) so the sea life is virtually undisturbed.

Another feature and to some the most important is when you stand along the beach in both directions you cannot see any neighbors. But in no more than 15 minutes you can be on a dive boat with one of the local dive operations, exploring the many dive sites of the island.

DINING/RESTARUANTS:
Type: Vacation Rental Beach Location: Beach Front (Directly on Beach/Water Front)
