Stake Bay Villas - Cayman Islands (Cayman Brac)

Stake Bay Villas is a quiet Oceanside duplex located on the North side of Cayman Brac and is in close proximity to the main Government Offices, Banks, duty free shops, supermarket and the Museum.

Cayman Brac is only 12 square miles and is fairly rugged with a large ridge running throughout the center of the island, known by the Gaelic name, the Bluff. The Bluff is home to many species of plants, animals and birds including the Cayman Parrot. The limestone Bluff rises to a height of over 160 feet in many areas and offers the best opportunity for climbing and hiking in the Cayman Islands.

AMENITIES: Each of the two units consists of a single bedroom, closet, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a queen sofa sleeper.
The units are completely self-contained with queen beds, iron, blow dryer, radio, satellite television, washer and dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen and high quality furniture creates a "home away from home" atmosphere that will keep you relaxed and comfortable.

The units are centrally air-conditioned and over-looks the ocean where sunsets can be viewed from a screened porch.

The ocean is just 100 feet away and provides spectacular snorkeling, swimming, scuba diving and fishing.

Or you may just choose to sunbathe anywhere on the premises, which is extremely private.

ACTIVITIES: The Bluff also has a large number of caves which are must for visitors. These caves provided shelter for the Brac residents during the 1932 storm that devastated the island.

Bird watching on the Brac is also excellent, with the many ponds and wetland preserves providing a habitat for Herons, Boobies and West Indian whistling ducks.

Cayman Brac offers a wide range of sporting and outdoor activities.

The most popular outdoor pursuits on Cayman Brac are Snorkeling and Scuba Diving. An exciting new underwater world is just a short swim from the shore where an abundance of fish and other reef dwellers can be seen. Cayman Brac has a large number of renown dive sites with one of the most spectacular being a sunken Soviet Warship. Deep-sea-fishing is also available and game fish are abundant.

The clear blue sea and spectacular reef with it's marine life is perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. With less than 1,000 people on both the sister islands the setting is perfect for those seeking rest and relaxation.

DINING/RESTARUANTS:
Type: Villa Beach Location: Beach Front (Directly on Beach/Water Front)
