The I-tal Village - Jamaica ()

The I-tal Village house is located in the peaceful region of Portland, at the foot of the Blue Mountains, just 200 yards from the ocean, in the luxuriant greenery of the tropical forest. If you just want to relax or laze in the water, the beach is only a few yards away. If you want to take a walk, then country paths open on all sides.

You could view the coral reef, go fishing, observe our rare, endangered sea turtles that use the black volcanic sand beach for the laying of eggs, or walk along the abandoned railway.

We can arrange for you to rent a motorbike or car to explore the surrounding region and to reach the other beautiful beaches of Jamaica at Winnifred, Frenchman's Cove or Dragon's Bay.

You can join the guided parties to hike around the extinct vulcano: your local Rastafarian guide will introduce you to the flora and fauna of this beautiful area.

You can head off into the jungle where "Lord of the Flies" was filmed, walk to the Rodney House ruins and through tunnels of bats ( 24 variety of which none are vampires ).
AMENITIES:
ACTIVITIES:
DINING/RESTARUANTS: Jamaican and Italian cuisine dishes with meat or vegetarian menus prepared with organically grown vegetables. Enjoy dining in a open-air environment, far from the road traffic and surrounded by the lush of the tropical rain forest.
