poor customer service

The customer service at this hotel is horrible!! The
front desk personnel all need to be replacedtold us. We had a complaint on
towels we received (won't tell you what was on them)
the manager never called us or made any effort to
contact us. The rooms are really outdated and it
makes you feel like you're in a dirty room. The
pool and beach area were really nice. The
service in the pool lounge was bad. We went as a family and none of us are thinking of returning to
this island. Take extra wash clothes.. you get one
for every 4 days. And they won't give you extra if
you ask.
