This hotel doesn't match the description on the website. The building is starting to look a little 'tired', it could do with a coat of paint and the gutters need clearing - when it rains there are numerous overflows. It seems to be understaffed - reception was only manned when we came to pay the bill - and the quality of service is variable depending on who is serving you. The Belgian chef has left and although the food is good it's not gourmet as described and the menu is fairly restricted. There's no porter to carry bags to and from your room which isn't good if you have a bad back like I do. The bar is open evenings except Tuesday when the restaurant is closed but there is no permanent barman so you may have to wait for a waitress to appear from the restaurant. The A/C in the restaurant doesn't work so it can get pretty hot. Breakfast and lunch are served at the beachfront bar which is usually open evenings as well.

The room was comfortable and clean, the A/C worked but the lights are not very bright if you like to read in the evening. If you want to watch TV it works sometimes. Water pressure in the shower is low but that's common in the Caribbean.

These aren't going to ruin your stay on a great Island but the quality doesn't match the price.
