Im Cristina Massalongo Villa Sandy's manager, I wish to reply to all the people that have write this review, that I accept what is the true, but I cant accept LIE, first of all this is for Julia Scattini, I live in villa Sandy's in the villa # 8 where both my daughters are born, this summer until november 20, I was in vacation to italy for meet my parent's and make them know my daughter, IF YOU PERMIT THIS, thanks this is my life, I live the rest of the year since the 1998 in Playa del secreto,my daughter actually 3 years old and 16 month old use the beach , pool and garden EVERY DAY, like lots of other babies anch childrens we had during hight season.
You wa sto sandy's during low season, in november your friends the other negative review all your company, paying aproximatly $300usd $350usd per week, you can pretend luxury for that rates, but the unit are great for people like you, that push lounge chairs into the pool or jump on it with bottle of bier and after drink them live the bottle into the pool, this was your good friends or wedding group, i can said many other things, but Im not like you , and I can said that since the 2001 we rent this place we had 1,000 of guests and this v
negative review , probably 7 negative in a 1,000 of guests, this just for let you know that not all people are like you, I really dont like respond to this kind of review, but you make me feel very mad, because you dont tell the true, (all the true) you dont know nothing about me, and you write about my private persons and about my daughters ON LINE this is not correct as you dont KNOW NOTHING about us or my family, we built all down there, we know exactly what is there waht is possible or not, I can sending you lots of positive e-mails received from my guests after they leave, for let you know and let people know that the true is not YOUR TRUE but have to be the TRUE FOR THE MOST % OF OUR GUESTS AND THIS DUE THE DIFFERENCE.
I can tell you something in additional to your kind review since we rent , nobody had any accident in villa sandy's or the beach, I dont need spend more words , But i dont like people make feel me bad for free, as you know this all since before arrive at sandy's all is on our web site so there was any surprise there for you.

Call me crazy but the response by the owner/manager is pretty defensive. Not once did she address the problems that were brought forth ie: air-conditioner, toilt, shower__Instead she ignored the complaints and was highly unprofessional in her response and attacked the guest. This alone would cause me concern to stay in this place. Obviously, this Christina is always right, never wrong and extremely defensive and does not listen.

First off, mosquitos cannot be controlled by management, crocodiles need to live too; there was a sign that said crocodile crossing. When we stayed we were given cell phones and we had to purchase minutes (thats only fair)and leave a twenty dollar deposit which we got back when we returned the phones. Did you ask about groceries? In the office there was everything from coffee to meat available. Cabs do come to the villas. You rented a condo; hello, if you rented a house would you expect your landlord to provide toilet paper? The condo came with a refridgerator did you except to have milk in it? We did not see Christina either, but the manager, carlos, was there day and night. He was always very happy to help us in any way possible. If you wanted luxury and to be waited on hand and foot then perhaps you should have went to an all inclusive resort. One last thing, the beach cannot be fixed by management. A hurricane came through and destroyed the reef. Obviously you can't imagine what kind of devastation that occured down there when all you can think to whine about is toilet paper!

Hello, I can't read more of this negative stuff. We'll get there for 3 years now with our, then 1 year, daughter. The first 2 years without a car! Allmost everyday we walked to the road to take the Playa Expres, 15 pesos to Playa del Carmen and 30 to Cancun (can you rent a car for that money?).No need to go to the gym, very healty!! The road is not good but that's part of the place, good road more vivitors for the beach less peace. Unfortanatly we never saw the crocodile, your are so lucky to stay there a few days and see some, we stayed for 8 weeks last year didn't see one. We used the phone which was in the villa but you have to buy some credit, normal I think. Our daughter swam in the pool and enjoyed it. The beach is not so beautifull after Wilma but if some could have changed it they allready had I think. We had a problem with the shower and the sink and gues what, it was solved within 2 hours, maybe it depends on the way how you ask it. We were there in Januari and seen the result of your visit, all the stuff from the kitchens, I spoke with some owners also, were mixed up. This was the first time, how may tha have happened? I realy don't like the way you offense the owners, manager and builders of the place. I don't want to be ofensive at all to any one, just wanted to tell my experience. Realmente sra Julia ud no tiene ni idea lo que es Sandys Villa, no puede decir que la Sra Cristina vive en Europa y maneja todo por mail sin estar en el lugar, que es lo que a ud le resulto tan peligroso para poner tantas infamias???. No se que tipo de lujos pretendia encontrar por el precio que pago por la estadia.NO PUEDE BAJO NINGUN CONCEPTO AGREDIR GRATUITAMENTE DE ESA FORMA A CRISTINA, ALBERO Y CARLO. TUVE LA SUERTE DE CONOCER A ESTAS MARAVILLOSAS PERSONAs, DE LAS QUE HABLA SIN CONOCIMIENTO ALGUNO.Y NO SE PARECEN EN NADA A COMO USTED LAS CRITICA. PIENSO VOLVER A RENTAR EL LUGAR. NO ES PELIGROSO, ES MUY BONITO, TRANQUILO, DE RELAX Y LIMPIO!!!
