I have 2 small daughters , the first one have 2 years and 4 months, she playing in that pool since she was 3 months older, she swim every day there, like other 1,000 kids we had since we start to rent this place.
We built and leave in sandy's villa since the 2001, during hight and low season, and since we leave there nobody never ever have tryed to enter in our villa (that is in Sandy's Villa to)sometimes we leave and our sliding doors open but never nobody was inside to stoled something, I dont want be not nice , because this is not my intention, but i need tell the true about our place, we rent it since the 2001, we have write on the web site that is secluded quiet place!! we advised people about drive distance from towns, this vacation spot , it is for families and persons that like peace and quiet away from the crowds, this is what we offer on our web site, and this is the only true.
About spiders........this is mexico!! guys, there are spiders , snakes, skorpions, monkeys, geckos, iguanas, crocodiles, exc..exc....this is part of this country , there are different season in the year when this kind of animals appears, but are not poison there are only cople of snakes, ( but we dont have here in villa sandy's of course) and you can see them in a zoo, in puerto morelos.
It is tipical leave with geckos in the villas as there are lots everywhere, this is the reazon why lots of hotels in playa del carmen are called, IGUANAS, THE GECKOS, exc.... exc....
What I like to said is that not all the guests are the same, most of them knows what they want and what expectation have from places , other really fews fortunatly dont know.

About toilet paper please, I dont have idea about what he said, as we always have provide toilet paper, since the first day until the last one , all guests that asked me for toilet paper always had it!!!!!!! I hope that some to my guests have a time to replying to some of this review, because soo many of them have wonderful experiences here in villa sandys , they write about this place like paradise found, and this is the reazon why I have to add my review, because what i read about it is not fair...

About Cell.Phones we provide cell phones new!! to all our guests, the $10usd he said payed it was the money he used for make his phone calls, we dont make money with phone cards, as we buyed for $10usd and we resale for $10usd it is a service we give, guests can buying phone cards everywhere in playa for the same amount and have the same minutes.
In the end, I wish to reply to this guest of mine that (I know who is he, and I had received him in our office 2 times a day and when it was not him it was his wife "strange cuouple" )
I live all the day around between the office and my house in Villa Sandy because my 2 small daughters and because Villa sandy's it is not only an office for me but is my home, soo all my guests know where I am, and if Im not in the office there is on it a message for guests, "If im not here Im home" 80 meters distance from the office.
I wish this guest had e.mailed me to me directly or call me, I saw them lots of time but they never tell me nothing about how bad was their vacation, so this is something that had surprised me, anyway Im very sory they had a not positive experience, but 1 guests disapointed in 1,000 of guests happy make me think that maybe we are not soo bad like this 1 or 2 think.
Im sorry again if people that read it think that im not nice, because Im , I always working very hard for my job for this villas that we built and we love, our daughters are born here, this is magic for us and for many friends of us, I wish to let you know that everybody is welcome in this place and to think that the world is beautiful because we are not all the same, by the way im not anonymous, Im Cristina Massalongo thanks for listen me.
