We were Their January 25,2008,We Had a great time their.We loved the place,the location was great,right next to all the shopping in playa del Carmen.The room was clean.The only time we had a little problem was when we got their our room smelled a little musty,so the next day we moved up,so I would say don't get a ground floor room.
I'm sure the room had been wet from the Hurricane.But they were super nice about it.No beach at this hotel but 3 min walk to the beach,That was great. So I would stay their again.
