Excellent accommodation in Playa del Carmen. Small, quiet hotel, just far enough away from the top of the main strip (about 3 mins walk) but within a 5 minutes walk of the glorious beach running the length of Playa del Carmen.

Pool was not exactly huge, but was sufficient.
Rooms were clean and good size, and had balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
We arrived without any reservations in September.

The property is close to everything and seemed very safe.
We did not eat in the hotel, but there was a little bakery around the corner which was excellent value also for breakfast.
We always found the staff to be helpful and they gave good advice about the best way to visit the local attractions. I would definately stay there again.
