I spent one week at this resort. When we arrived at 2 in the afternoon, our room was not ready. During the week we were biten terribly by misquitos every night in our room. Getting a reservation for dinner was quite difficult, first you had to wait in line, and then to find out there was little to choose from in terms of availability. Food, well finding a worm in your food, I think says enough!!!!! The hotel is very short staffed, therefore the service is lacking. For example there is one bartender at the pool bar servicing the entire pool.There is NO beach!!!! There is no staff walking around the pool serving drinks, therefore there are empty and spilled drinks all over the place. I would not recommend staying at this resort, there are much nicer resorts in the Rivera Maya!
