My family always travels all inclusives,this was one of the best to offer a family. The property is beautiful and clean. The room was comfortable and very clean. The safe we used everyday never a problem. The kids had plenty to do they had ice cream parties, parrot shows,magic shows, kids club open till 5pm and after dinner,There was kids games and kids disco on stage. My husband and I enjoyed the sports bar and disco along with my parents and the shows where very good not corny. Besides the mexican resturant(we were a little dissappointed) the buffets and other resturants were great. As far as the pool bar even though he was by himself at times he was up and down the bar like a road runner. I was shocked to hear someone complained about waiting a long time.This property had the most beautiful pools . There are jacuzzi's in 2 pools and a swing bar at 2 pools. There's a quiet pool and the swim up bar pool.I was also shocked that someone said swimming in the river in caves at xcaret park was no big deal. Everyone was saying how amazing it was and believe me it was!!!. They have shopping in the resort and the market comes to the resort for those who like to shop. The beach was what I expected from the reviews,but we felt safer with the children and it was still white sand and beautiful. We never had a problem finding a shady spot even after 9am or 10am. They have a gym opens at 6am and a really nice spa . A river runs through the lobby and waterfalls over the lower lobby bar. I've stayed at the moon palace and it felt like I was in Las Vegas. This place felt like I was in mexico.We loved it and we are definetly going back in 2004. P.S. Besides one or two waiters at the mexican resturant The mexican people were very friendly,helpful,and especially to my children.
