I was very disappointed in the office staff. I don't understand how things aren't the same for every guest. We were there with 4 other couples and no one got the same deal. We asked for upgrades and some were free and some paid. When I tried to argue why we all couldn't have the same deal the man was very rude and said he would take away the one couple's free upgrade and make us all pay. Another couple got a free upgrade and I think this was because he went to the Funjet Rep. We were with MLT and didn't have someone to represent us. It just isn't fun to get that angry when you are expecting things to be wonderful in paradise! The people we met and most of the staff were wonderful.
