This was a vacation we looked forward too getting away. Things went from bad to worse. It was a beautiful resort that the staff had no clue on how it was runned.From day one we called the front desk to get a new remote for the TV and to fix our lock on our doorwall( we stayed on ground level right in front of what you would call a beach) I didn't feel safe having a lock not working and someone could just walk right in.Having called numerous times for a maintence man to come to our room. To finally fix what needed to be done.The beach was awful,it was extremly rocky and what looks to be huge sandbags to cut the waves down.But in a distance they looked like beached whales.We tried all the resturants but didn't try the Mexican one. The food was ok.They tried very hard in the presentation.But,the food was bland and the service was bland too.We were sick by the end of the trip.Stomach cramps-etc.As the resort known as a spa resort. The spa was just ok.We had booked massages only to have them screwedup.And when we did get them they were only medicore.This was the first trip we couldn't wait to come back home! This was a poorly runned resort.
