Airport Lounge: Clean/Welcoming/Efficient
Shuttle Transport: Smooth, 1.5hrs, x1 stop for whatever your needs; informative driver
Resort Welcome: Cold towels, champagne, rum punch, and great info about resort from luggage staff.
Standard Room: Clean, very comfy bed, fridge-stocked w/jc, soda, water, etc. daily, bathrm good-soft towels, water pressure/temp ok. No need to bring hair supplies-Red Lane spa supplies shampoo/conditioner/aloe vera/lotion-unlimited. Location ok...early am traffic noisy. We were able to upgrade for extra $350. (US) for 7 days to oceanside rm with balcony, but not worth it for us. We were never in the rm accept to sleep-honestly.
Beaach: Exceptional. We had 8 people traveling together so we took turns getting up at 7:30am to put towels on loungers and floaties (we shared with other folks when we weren't using). Chairs and water floaties went fast. We loved the beach area.
Water Sports: Exceptional. We are water skiers, snorkelers, and divers in our grp. The resort catered to our needs. When diving watch out for the added costs. Snorkeling/diving locations varied. Fish/coral were not spectacular though.
Restaurants: We would give our names to the hostess and go to one of the bars til they would come and get us-no problem. Sometimes our food came faster than other times, but as long as we had our glass of wine-we were ok. The food was good, not great. Nice variety. Eating outside daily was a treat.
Bars: Fun, relaxing; enjoyable~Those darn "Humming Birds" are addictive.
Overall Atmosphere: Relaxing and casual
Security: Very good
