Outstanding Hotel...Would definetely visit again

I will defienetly recommend this hotel. I booked my trip last minute through Apple vacations, to spend a week with my husband for his birthday. The people at this hotel are outstanding, the customer service, is so pleasant, the uniforms so neat. The lobby of this hotel is ecsquisite. We got al all-inclusive package, the food was great, Although, scared of other reviews, that said the food was horribel, I thought otherwise, there was always a wide variety of choices. It is a bit far from downtown, took about 20 minutes driving. But we got some wonderful locals, and new friends that was pleased to take usanywhere we wanted. The nightly shows were very entertaining and funny, and they always get people involved. The staff always went the extra mile, the house keeping was so nice, she folded our clothes and organized out stuff...she also rearragned her schedule with our room, because she new we were late bloomers in the morning. We complained about letting people smoke in the elevators and mentioned it to on of the employees in the hall, the next day eh said he went to human relations and they are going to put signs in the elevators...I was OVERLY impressed. I would tell anyone to go there, i got an oceanview room and it was gorgeous, the sound of the waves were mesmerizing...I JUST GIVE IT 5+ stars for qulaity of service and the presentation of the hotel. It is new so it is just wonderful.
