Rodents in the room!

We stayed at halfmoon and have stayed here for several years now! Rodents poop all over my floor and yes I stepped in it. It was in my dresser draw and ran out my balcony window thankfully. I forgot about it but low and behold it came back a few days later only this time, it was in my childerns cereal box! I honestly thought long and hard about writing this but the manager's response to the incidents really set me off!
