Horrible!!!!

First off it all started at the service desk. They only have 2 people working and with flights comming in all the time there was a line. Once I got to the front of the line to get my key the person who was helping me went to someone else which was just standing in line!!!! Horrible service desk expierence that I have ever had in the Carribbean. Second the hotel was overbooked so they gave me a better room. So i didn't complain. Water pressure in the room was horrible. Beach was great only tip is get there early for an umbrella. Buffet food was not soo good! The food was cold, drinks are weak takes a lot in order to feel anything. Overall not happy at all!!!!
