the hotel has a policy of over booking so the adjoining family rooms were not available until day 2 of our vacation. The first room had a mouse and was a 25 minute walk to the beach. regular golf cart transportation was not available.
We were upgraded to diamond which was better food but rooms in closer proximity to beach were in poor working order and we got tired of complaining about broken bar fridge, air conditioner, terrible mattress in one room, lumpy pillows ( actually stuffed with balls of rags) and poorly trained staff who washed towels left on the rack ( they have a 'green' policy to only wash what is in the tub) and noisey staff calling to each other from 6AM outside our bedroom every morning.
