Very bad and non friendly service.
No help on take luagage from autocars to hotel lobby.
Very poor situation regarding cleaning of restaurants and rooms (I asked for substituiton of sheets in th eroom, as the instaleed one on arrived were not fresh, and they took one hour to do it).
BEACH WITH SNAD IN LO LONGER NEAR THE HOTEL. YOU MUST WALK AT LEAT 150M TO 200M TO GET PROPOER BEACH WITH NO ROCKS ON IT, OTHERWISE YOU CAN NOT ENTER WITH SAFTY IN THE WATER.
PRESENT PHOTOS OF THE HOTEL AND ACES TO THE BEACH, JUST AT ITS SIDE MEASSLEAD CLIENTS.
APARENTLY WAS CAUSED BY LAST YERA OR SO TYFUNS, BUT ISTO NO GOOD NO GOOD AT ALL.
OU INTERE GROUP WERE FORCED TO MOVE TO MELA LAS AMELICAS, BUT THEY CHARGE MORE 120EUR PER COUPLE IN A 6 DAYS BASIS.
AVOID IT FOR THE MOMENT.
