My trip started off great... I had spa treatments everyday. Enjoyed the suite my boyfriend and I stayed in. Then one day out of the five, the masseur sexually molested me during a spa session. I was/am embarassed and didn't tell management until the day of check out. Still up to this day nothing has been resolved. All they offered was a comp return to their property after many drawn out responses. And what makes them think that I would want to return?!?! The masseur was fired but I was never consoled. I am saddened by such poor reaction by management and more importantly the lax ownership for such a traumatic experience. I work at a hotel and we would never take anything so lightly. The offer for a return resolves nothing.
THIS PROPERTY CONDONES SEXUAL MOLESTATION!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE.
I am still traumatized and want to share this with potential guests. It pays to do your research.
