The management is as lax as anyone could possibly
think. They never keep in touch. Iwouldn't advise
anyone to buy a timeshare from this company. They
take your money and then they can't seem to give you
the time of day.

We used this timeshare in 2005 the last time we heard
from them, the hurricane went through, they sent us
to allegro playacar (a garbage resort near Playa del
Carmen.

Food was terrible, staff was very promising at first
if they'd only kept their promises.

Very dissatisfied, over all.

Have been trying to contact them, this is now 2 years
ago, they still take our maintenance fees but don't
have the common curtosy to even let us know if our
resort is still standing.
