I spent a month on Ambergris Caye and the highlight of the trip was the cozy and very romantic Capricorn Resort. It is incredible. The food is superb - without a doubt the best on the island. The staff is great. The accomodations are very cozy and warm and are priced very reasonably. You must make reservations for dinner as they fill up very quickly. Don't miss this wonderful place!
