When we arrived we were absolutely horrified at what we saw when we opened our room door. It was downright depressing! No carpet, the bathroom scared me (looked like it was occupied already by bugs and rodents). There was no way we were staying there. We talked with the staff at the desk and they moved us to another room which we found equally bad. I immediately went back to the desk and made arrangements with my travel agent to get us out of there. We were booked for seven nights and I couldn't imagine staying even one night! Since this is the only all inclusive on the island, we relinquished all our free meals, drinks, etc. that had already been paid for and transferred that same day to the Shearaton. There we had to pay for everything out of pocket but that's how relieved we were to get away from that hovel. (Not hotel, but hovel). If your expectations are to have at least a decent room, don't book this place!!!!
