Description: ASIQUESI... fonda natural, in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico is a small café dedicated to promoting environmental, economic and social change at a local level by serving high quality locally grown organic food, always beautifully-plated, flavor-filled and presented to you with a smile. The food is inspired on local Caribbean and International cuisines.
The food is mostly vegan but we are lacto-vegetarian and Raw food friendly.
Business hours are: Monday- Thursday 11:00am to 3:00pm . Friday's 11:00am to 3:00pm & 6:00pm to 9:00 pm
We hold special events such as: monthly film screening of thought provoking independent, foreign films & documentaries, as well as lectures and book talks about the environment, traditional wisdom, and of course food. Appetizer Highlights:
*Traditional homemade hummus: served with pita bread & garlic infused olive oil.
*Pizza toast: grape tomatoes and organic raw cheddar cheese melted over multigrain artisan bread drizzled with garlic infused olive oil.
Nori Rolls: Delicious homemade pumpkin seed "cheese" and fresh organic veggies rolled up in sheets of nori, a very colorful and refreshing dish.

Our menu is seasonal and changes every day. We prepear for you daily: a soup, a main dish, and an appetizer.
Our regular menu includes light accompaniments, appetizers, salads, and drinks.
All our deserts are naturally sweetned, some are gluten-free.
