Description: This is a place you must visit while in Cozumel with a bar, grill, restaurant and a lot of fun, all under the same roof. Among their specialties are the BBQ Ribs, BBQ Shrimp, and Fajitas.
Appetizer Highlights:
GUACAMOLE Hard to explain
SHRIMP CEVICHE Marinated in lime juice, tomato and onion, served with chips.
SHRIMP COCKTAIL Everybody knows this one.
HASH -MASH Backed cheese with sausage, jalapeños and pico de gallo. Served with flour tortillas on the side so you can make your own Quesadilla.
CHICKEN WINGS We ran out of Buffalos.
POTATO SKINS Half potato filled with tuna and cheese.
QUESADILLAS The real stuff. Flour tortilla with melted cheese, guacamole and pico de gallo on the side.
NACHOS Tortilla chips with beans, cheese, guacamole, jalapeños and pico de gallo on the side.
Menu Highlights:
ENCHILADAS Three corn tortillas with shredded chicken or cheese, cooked with green or red tomato sauce, rice and beans on the side.
PLATO PAISANO Grilled beef tenderloin with one green enchilada, guacamole, rice and beans.
CHICKEN TACOS Shredded chicken with tomato and onion served on three soft flour tortillas, with guacamole on the side.
BEEF TACOS Steak bits wrapped in a soft flour tortilla with guacamole on the side.
FISH TACOS Breaded fish filet sliced and served on corn tortilla and garnished with lettuce, and tomato, with guacamole on the side.
FAJITAS Beef, Chicken or Mixed, Charcoled strips with onion and green bell peppers with guacamole, rice, beans and corn tortillas on the side.
VEGETARIAN FAJITAS Carrots, celery, mushrooms, tomato, onion, corn, green bell peppers with guacamole, rice beans and corn tortillas.
MOLCAJETE Beef Chicken or Mixed, Real azteca tradition, since 1209. Served in a stone mortar dish with spring onion, cheese, sausage, guajillo sauce, rice beans and corn tortillas.
