Location Overview / Where is Aruba located?:
The island – 20 miles long by six wide, or 32km by 10km and is 15 miles (24 km) north of Venezuela. The island is part of the Dutch Caribbean and is one of the "ABC" islands - Aruba, Bonaire Curacao. Because Aruba is located so far south, it lies outside of the the primary hurricane belt.
