This is the second time we have stayed at the Hotel Tierra Maya. It's a great place to stay in Xcalak. The people are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the food is great.

Pefect stay

Kim and Dave are very friendly, helpful Americans. will do just about anything to make you feel welcome and at home. Small hotel very cozy. Food is good and you can grab a fishing guide right of the peer in front of the hotel.
All room have a wonderful view of the ocean, comes very highly recommended.
No phone or cell phone connection. But you can use the free wireless internet.
Only 1 drawback, there is no A/C due to the lack of main power. All is done on batteries and solar power. Would go back tomorrow.
