Turks Head Hotel is the best place for your Caribbean vacation to Grand Turks Island or Caicos. You'll find great snorkeling, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving.
The Turks Head Hotel is a beautifully restored traditional Caribbean Inn situated on a bay on the West Coast of the unspoiled island of Grand Turk. This fine old mansion house was built circa 1840. as the original home of the Islands Salt overseer and has since served as the British Governors guest house and also, the American Consulate.
All eight of the Hotel’s en-suite Bedrooms have been tastefully refurbished and are individually furnished with genuine antiques in keeping with the Hotel's unique history as the first Hotel in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Many of the rooms have a private balcony with a sea view or a private garden patio and all Bedrooms feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, mini-bar service, tea & coffee making facilities, hair dryers, Cable TV and Telephones. The Hotel also features a beautiful walled Caribbean garden, a lush green tree shaded area with Palms, Flame Cordia Trees, bougainvillea, and even our very own Turks Head cactus.
The Hotel management team are professional managers in the Hospitality Industry trained to the highest levels so that we can offer the very best in service and unrivalled standards to our guests.

The Turks Head has probably the Islands finest restaurant; recently completely refurbished, guests can enjoy excellent local and International cuisine and a fine selection of drinks and wines either inside the Hotel or outside in the lush, walled Caribbean Garden. The Restaurant is highly rated by Islanders and visitors alike, and has the best choice of varied international and local dishes served in elegant surroundings.
Alternatively, enjoy a relaxing drink in the English Pub style atmosphere of the Hotels bar which offers lighter bar snacks as well as a very varied selections of fine drinks, spirits and cocktails to tempt our guests.
The Turks Head regular speciality night is our Friday BBQ & Dance night - Based in the walled Gardens guests can enjoy a tempting selection of local dishes, fine meats, poultry and locally caught fish and, dance the night away to the Live sounds of some of the Islands best local musicians. |
